I've moved from functioning out of fear to feeling free to be creative and empowered as a clinician because of Amanda.

Amanda Ellis
Lawyer Extraordinaire
She is EXACTLY who you want to be delivering this training to you. Why? Because she is an expert in administrative laws and the unique interaction with Federal and Texas laws. As we explored how best to serve our community of helping professions, we could not find another training that:
- Met the requirements of completing HIPAA training (required within 90 days of starting work for a covered entity),
- That was also able to speak to the Texas laws and statutes that interact with HIPAA dynamics,
- From the type of lawyer and legal expertise that actually specializes in these types of laws.
A Special TWO Part Training
“Shhh.....Confidentially Speaking: HIPAA and Texas Privacy and Security Law Training” (3 CEUs) “No Surprises Act Good Faith Estimate Requirements and Compliance: The Costs of Doing Business” (2 CEUs) Special Afternoon Q&A (1 CEU)
